Okay, confession time! Did Thanksgiving sneak up on anyone else this year? Between work, family, and everything else life throws our way, the calendar just seemed to flip right over. I feel a little bad that I didn’t get around to sending out Thanksgiving wishes sooner, but honestly, the thought of everyone gathered around a table, enjoying good food and company, just popped into my head again today and put a smile on my face.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and while I’m super excited for turkey, stuffing, and all the delicious sides, something feels a little…incomplete. You know that feeling when your favorite song is missing a key verse? Or when you’re all cozy on the couch but forgot to grab a blanket? Yeah, it’s that little pang of missing something perfect.

This Thanksgiving, I’m realizing that what I’m actually missing is you! I know we can’t physically be together this year, and honestly, that makes this holiday feel a little less sparkly. Seeing all the families gather, sharing laughter and gratitude…it just makes me wish you were right here beside me, ready to steal a bite of my pumpkin pie and tell terrible jokes that somehow still make me laugh.
